In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that support our diagnostic platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, medical experts, and product managers to create innovative solutions that meet the needs of healthcare providers and patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, a passion for healthcare technology, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable software products that make a tangible difference in patient care.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in software development, preferably within healthcare or related industries.Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.Experience with cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.Knowledge of medical imaging, DICOM standards, or healthcare data formats is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement software solutions that support HeartFlow’s diagnostic platforms and tools.Collaborate with data scientists and medical professionals to translate clinical requirements into technical specifications.Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.Maintain and improve existing applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.Contribute to the development of new features and functionalities based on user feedback and evolving industry standards.Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance our software offerings.Document technical specifications, processes, and user guides to facilitate seamless team collaboration and knowledge sharing.BenefitsHeartFlow offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our employees’ well-being and professional growth.
