This is a contract role designed to ensure a smooth, well-prepared, and adoption-ready launch.The consultant will be responsible for designing and developing comprehensive training materials and documentation that translate complex ERP system workflows into practical, easy-to-follow resources for employees across all levels of the organization. Working closely with internal stakeholders in IT, supply chain, finance, and operations, this individual will serve as a critical bridge between technical implementation and end-user readiness.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTraining DevelopmentLead the design and development of a full ERP training curriculum Create end-user manuals, SOPs, job aids, and quick reference guides tailored to different user groups (end users, managers, and system administrators)Translate ERP system workflows and processes into clear, step-by-step instructional documentationDesign training content that reflects the specific workflows and operational realities of our warehouse and distribution environmentStakeholder CollaborationPartner with subject matter experts (SMEs) across IT, finance, supply chain, and operations to validate accuracy of process documentationConduct working sessions with department leads to identify training gaps and tailor content to specific team needsServe as a resource and point of contact for training-related questions throughout the project lifecycleTraining Delivery & Knowledge ManagementSupport live and/or recorded training sessions leading up to system go-liveOrganize all training materials and documentation within a central, accessible knowledge repositoryIdentify gaps in user knowledge or preparedness and proactively recommend supplemental materials or sessionsContribute to change management efforts to build employee confidence and encourage system adoptionREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience developing training programs and documentation for ERP or enterprise-level systemsFamiliarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or comparable ERP platformsDemonstrated ability to create process documentation, SOPs, training presentations, and end-user guidesAbility to translate complex technical system workflows into clear, accessible instructions for non-technical usersStrong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for stakeholder collaborationExperience supporting full-cycle software or ERP system implementationsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environmentPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Prior ERP implementation experience in manufacturing, distribution, food production, or supply chain environmentsBackground in change management or organizational readiness initiativesExperience creating video tutorials, screen recordings, or digital/eLearning modulesKnowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practicesFamiliarity with warehouse management workflows and inventory or fulfillment processesEXPECTED DELIVERABLES DeliverableDescriptionERP Training CurriculumStructured, role-based learning plan covering all functional areas relevant to warehouse operationsEnd-User Training GuidesStep-by-step instructional materials for all user types, written in plain language with system screenshots and workflow mapsProcess Documentation & SOPsDocumented standard operating procedures for key ERP-driven workflows across departmentsQuick Reference MaterialsConcise job aids and cheat sheets for high-frequency tasks, accessible at point of useTraining SessionsLive and/or recorded training sessions delivered to staff prior to system go-live, covering all core workflows
