Box Maker - Day Shift

Raise in partnership with ADM are seeking to hire a Box Maker in Erlanger, KY.Job Summary:Responsible for assembling, inspecting, and supplying corrugated boxes to support safe, efficient packaging operations throughout the plant.Job Responsibilities:Assemble corrugated boxes according to production specificationsInspect boxes for quality, proper labeling, and structural integritySupply finished boxes to packaging lines in a timely mannerMaintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with GMP standardsFollow all safety, food safety, and quality policiesReport damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisionAssist with other packaging or production tasks as assigned, including cleaning various work areas throughout the facilityRequirementsBasic math and counting skillsAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsWillingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentMust comply with GMP requirements, including PPE, hygiene, and dress code standardsPrior manufacturing or packaging experienceFamiliarity with food or ingredient production environmentsManufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, odors, and temperature variationsRequired use of PPE (safety shoes, hair/beard nets, hearing and eye protection, lab coats, bump caps, etc.)Work is repetitive in nature and requires patience, consistency, and the ability to stay engaged in a routine-based role. Physical Demands:Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. repeatedlyRequires frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and twisting while standing for extended periods of time.
