Auto Mechanic Technician

Responsibilities: Flat rate pay - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Subaru vehicles - Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repair options - Repair and maintain equipment used in the automotive shop - Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow - Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed Skills: - Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs - Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues - Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required - Experience with welding and auto body repair is a plus - Excellent customer service skills - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - ASE certification a plus Please note that this position does not involve sales. It is primarily focused on providing maintenance, repairs, and customer service in an automotive shop setting.
