This role requires gathering and documenting requirements, conducting business analysis, performing data mapping and QA testing, and streamlining processes for greater efficiency. The BSA will act as a key liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring solutions meet business requirements while supporting end-to-end implementation activities.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and document new business requirements and functional specifications.Conduct data mapping and application testing.Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver solutions.Review business processes, data models, and workflows to support project deliverables.Develop use cases, user documentation, and training materials.Support system implementation, conduct pre- and post-implementation reviews, and ensure production readiness.Contribute to project planning, including timelines, cost/benefit analysis, and scope definition.Must Have5+ years’ Business Systems Analyst experience in ITStrong requirement gathering and documentation skillsData mapping experienceExperience liaising between business and technology teamsAgile environment experienceJira/Confluence expertiseFinancial services/banking backgroundNice to HaveRetail banking experience (checking and savings products)
