This is a consultant role focused on supporting the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders on-site to translate HR requirements into effective system configurations and ensure successful delivery aligned with organizational objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead or support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as:Core HR (Global HR)PayrollTalent Management (Recruiting, Learning, Performance, Compensation)Workforce ManagementGather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend solutions or workarounds.Prepare and execute unit testing, system testing, and UAT support.Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and system enhancements.Develop functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and user guides.Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data conversions, and reports.Ensure compliance with HR policies, security roles, and data privacy standards.Train end users and HR teams on Oracle HCM functionality.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.Experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.Strong functional knowledge of HR processes and best practices.Understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
