Project Manager - Midstream

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives supporting our Midstream business. This individual will manage cross-functional IT projects, partner with business and technology stakeholders, and drive successful project delivery from planning through implementation. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience managing enterprise technology projects in a fast-paced environment. Job Description Drives complex and large-scale technology projects across IT functions, including corporate security, service delivery, business applications, and infrastructure. Oversees project schedules, tasks, requirements, and resource planning for large, cross-functional initiatives. Organizes and communicates project progress and status updates to business and technology stakeholders. Guides project planning by establishing goals, defining objectives, and developing detailed project timelines in partnership with leadership. Identifies, develops, and implements effective controls and procedures to proactively mitigate risks and resolve issues while sharing best practices across the organization. Leads stakeholder communication strategies and engages with stakeholders and sponsors at both operational and executive levels. Partners with Change Management teams to support cross-functional project implementations and drive successful adoption. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience required. Advanced Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred. Experience with Agile project management methodologies preferred. Experience with construction project management application deployments and integrations preferred.
