Whether taking orders, serving food and drinks, or assisting guests with their needs, you’ll play a key part in ensuring everyone leaves happy. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, skilled in multitasking, and eager to deliver top-notch customer service in a lively environment. *Responsibilities* * Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit. * Serve food and drinks efficiently, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages. * Process sales transactions smoothly while handling cash and credit card payments securely. * Upsell menu items such as specialty drinks or desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests. * Assist with food handling and preparation when needed, following all food safety protocols. *Requirements* * Previous experience in food service or hospitality is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. * Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation. * Excellent customer service skills with an ability to connect with diverse guests from around the world. * Good math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing tabs efficiently. * Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
