Associate Contracts Manager

Job Title : Associate Contracts Manager/ParalegalLocation : South San Francisco, CA 94080 – Hybrid (three days a week on-site, two remote)Duration : 06/08/2026 to 09/05/2026Max Pay : $40.00 per hour on W2Working Days and Hours : Monday through Friday (8 hour shifts)Interview Format : Two Rounds (1 - Hiring Manager; 2 - Next Level Manager - 45 minutes - virtual)Must-Have QualificationsBachelor's degree in a scientific disciplineExperience drafting and managing agreements (full lifecycle exposure preferred)Strong understanding of scientific terminology (antibodies, plasmids, DNA, genetically modified models, etc.)Basic knowledge of legal agreement structure (amendments, obligations, parties)Nice-to-Have QualificationsP 2–4 years of relevant experience in pharma, biotech or university settingsP Legal education or direct legal/contracts experienceP Experience specifically managing Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs)P Experience coordinating signatures and handling post-execution compliance tasks
