Placement Type: Temporary Salary: $53.40-59.33 Hourly up to $59.33/hr Start Date: Jun 15, 2026 We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that span both business and technology workstreams. This role sits within a Procurement-focused team and plays a critical part in driving structure, accountability, and execution across multiple stakeholders. You will partner closely with business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors to deliver key initiatives, ensuring alignment, transparency, and successful outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project delivery across cross-functional teams including business, technology, and vendor partnersBuild and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical pathFacilitate meetings, drive decision-making, and ensure clear documentation of actions and outcomesProactively identify risks, manage issues, and communicate tradeoffs to stakeholdersCoordinate across technical and non-technical teams, including architects, data teams, and business partnersDeliver clear, concise updates and presentations to leadershipEstablish and maintain project governance, including RAID logs, status reporting, and communication cadenceDrive accountability across teams to ensure on-time and high-quality deliveryContribute to improving project management processes, tools, and best practices Required Qualifications8+ years of project or program management experienceProven track record of leading projects that involve both business and technology componentsStrong experience building and managing project plans, including dependencies and timelinesAbility to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsExperience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including technical teamsAdvanced skills in Excel (or similar tools) for tracking and analysisStrong presentation skills with experience creating executive-level materials Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting procurement, supply chain, or vendor-related initiativesExperience leading or supporting system implementations or integrationsFamiliarity with enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, procurement, or HR systems)Experience working in large, matrixed organizationsExposure to global or multi-region project rollouts Tools & Technologies Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms is helpful. Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
