The Residential Cleaning Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks in residential settings, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing. The role also involves maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and ensuring customer satisfaction. Adherence to safety guidelines and proper handling of cleaning equipment and supplies is essential.QualificationsDetail-oriented with skills in cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and washing surfacesAbility to maintain cleanliness, ensure quality standards, and follow safety protocolsTime management and organizational skills to effectively complete tasks and maintain schedulesStrong communication skills to interact professionally and courteously with clientsPhysical stamina and ability to lift or carry equipment, perform repetitive tasks, and stand for extended periodsPrevious cleaning experience in residential or professional settings is a plusAbility to work independently and take initiativePossession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation is preferred
