This role works closely with production teams and operates under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP systemsKey ResponsibilitiesPerform quality inspections and testing on raw materials, in-process production, and finished productsTest and verify beverage formulas to ensure recipe and specification complianceMonitor, document, and program Critical Control Points (CCPs)Conduct sanitation verification and allergen testingCollect product samples for Product Development, lab retains, and laboratory testingInspect products, equipment, and machinery for quality complianceMaintain calibration of quality control and laboratory equipmentAccurately complete and file QA logs, inspection records, and reportsAnalyze quality data and report deviations to Line Leaders and QA ManagerSupport SQF, HACCP, GMP, customer, and regulatory auditsTrain new and existing employees on GMPs, food safety, sanitation, and product integrityEnsure sanitation and food safety standards are consistently met across the facilityPerform visual, organoleptic, and chemical quality inspectionsAssist with internal quality audits as directed by the QA ManagerRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDPrevious experience in manufacturing, food, or beverage productionWorking knowledge of HACCP, SQF, GMP, and food safety programsAbility to use computers, tablets, and mobile devicesProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and AdobeAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to work in varying temperaturesAbility to stand, walk, climb, bend, push, pull, and twist for extended periodsWillingness to work any shift, including nights and weekendsPreferred Skills & CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and organizationAbility to communicate quality or compliance issues with urgencyProblem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work collaboratively with production and QA teamsAbility to read, write, and perform basic mathHiring ProcessAll interviews are onsiteBackground check requiredTLRRG
