Senior Level Program Analyst Provide Program Analyst support to the Federal Aviation Administration related to space operations, air traffic control, and systems in support of FAA aviation initiatives including concept exploration and development. Work Location On-site at the FAA's Air Traffic Control System Command Center in Warrenton, Virginia Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to: Provides on-site and virtual support to the FAA team Provides recommendations, resolutions, and updates to office records, databases, and files for assigned programs Develops and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and integrated program schedules for program activities Prepares reports, documentation, briefings, monthly status reports, and cost and price analysis reports Prepares various ad-hoc analyses and reports and compiles information for management review and decision-making Drafts, proofreads, edits, and coordinates correspondence Assists in planning, scheduling, organizing, and execution of meetings, events, conferences, off-sites, and reserving related conference rooms Performs administrative back up support for other offices Manages daily calendars for multiple executives, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes Drives key team activities and events (e.g., all-hands meeting, team meetings, conferences, ordering supplies, social events) Prepares professional business communication documents including memos, letters, and emails Drafts documents (e.g., instructions, spreadsheets, presentations, reports) Develops and prepares executive level briefing packages, brochures, hand-outs, and other information materials in various mediums ‍ Qualifications Qualified applicants must possess the following skills and qualifications: US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance Ability to satisfy FAA resume approval processes 10 Years of experience in performing the responsibilities and functions with respect to FAA programs/projects Detail oriented, independent, self-motivated, and a proactive team member Excellent oral and written communication skills for interactions with operational, technical, and senior management audiences Program management skills to include life-cycle management, work definition, requirements, and schedule and financial management High level of proficiency with MS Excel and other MS Office products Education Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Degree Travel Project related travel as required
