Bilingual General Manager – HVAC

A Latin American company expanding in Florida is seeking a General Manager with proven experience in the HVAC, construction, or hardware industries. This role oversees all aspects of the business, including sales, logistics, finance, and market development. It requires strategic vision, operational excellence, and direct P&L responsibility, with a strong commitment to leading alongside the team, fostering a positive work environment, and preserving the company’s culture.Key Responsibilities:Define and execute the company’s overall strategy, ensuring alignment across commercial, operational, and financial functions.Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, suppliers, and key partners.Manage P&L, budgets, and business performance targets.Drive business growth and open new markets.Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, promoting a high-performance, collaborative, and positive workplace culture.Optimize operational, logistical, and administrative processes.Conduct regular client visits and travel within the operational area.Requirements:Minimum 10 years in senior management or executive roles in HVAC, construction, manufacturing, or distribution.Proven track record in managing P&L, budgets, and achieving business objectives.Strong leadership, team management, logistics, and commercial relationship skills.Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish required.Willingness to travel frequently and perform on-site visits.
