DescriptionPosition reports to the Head of Onboarding, Hank, interfaces with a Project Manager and is a Project Architect. A Project Engineer is responsible for technical project tasks including: system architecture, sequence of operation, customer communication an project outcomesExpectationsCoordinate with Head of Onboarding on technical developmentDevelop system architecture in accordance with Hank structureReview and manage operational sequencing of HVAC equipmentEstablish timelines and review building automation integration implementationsManage multiple site onboardings and associated technical requirementsCoordinate with Director Implementation and ensure project delivery goalsManage technical project expectations between sales, customer and supporySkills LearnedRapid onboarding of buildings into the virtual building ecosystemProfessional customer engagement with internal and external stakeholdersAdvanced development of HVAC operational theories and designEnd-to-end deployment and commissioning for proper equipment operationAdvanced Tridium Niagara development and ML-modelingQualifications+4 years experience technical background in HVAC Design and/or Building Automation fieldExtensive knowledge of basic HVAC equipment Sequence of OperationExtensive knowledge of HVAC equipment designBachelors Degree Mechanical EngineeringExtensive knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS)Working knowledge of Tridium NiagaraProficient in Microsoft ExcelAdditional QualificationsExtensive understanding of HVAC energy efficiency measuresProfessional Engineering license a plusBasic knowledge in machine-learning
