The Research Analyst will conduct in-depth market research, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to support financial strategies and decision-making processes. Responsibilities include compiling and interpreting statistical data, preparing reports, identifying market trends, and communicating key findings to stakeholders. Additional tasks may involve collaborating with external teams and contributing to the development of industry reports.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Statistics for data interpretation and problem-solvingExperience in Market Research and Research methodologiesExcellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present findingsAbility to manage multiple priorities at once.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software is a plus. Specifically, Morningstar and Koyfin.Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, market research, or a related field is preferredFamiliarity with financial markets and industry trends is a plusCompleting the SIE Exam, Series 6 and/or 7 is preferred but we could license (within shortest time possible). Trading is a must and must be licensed beforehand.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentWe encourage professional growth to eventually become a financial advisor.Website and social media skills a plus.Light administrative work is also expected when other employees are out-of-the office.
