Accounting Consultant

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FLSalary Range: $90,000-120,000 (Depending on Experience)Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Accountant or Accounting Consultant to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can quickly step in to support complex accounting operations.The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in multi-entity and multinational consolidations, intercompany accounting, fixed assets management, and team leadership. This person must be technically strong, detail-oriented, and capable of rolling up their sleeves to execute day-to-day accounting responsibilities while also supporting higher-level accounting functions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processesPrepare and review consolidated financial statements across multiple domestic and international entitiesHandle multi-entity and multinational consolidations, including eliminations and foreign currency considerationsOversee intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and balancing activitiesLead and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support as neededManage fixed assets accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and reconciliationsEnsure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policiesPrepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedulesAssist with audits and support external auditors with requested documentationIdentify process improvements and help streamline accounting proceduresCollaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and leadership teamsSupport ad hoc reporting and special projects as assignedRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong experience with multi-entity and/or multinational consolidationsExperience in intercompany accountingPrior people management or team lead experienceStrong technical accounting knowledge and hands-on accounting skillsExperience managing fixed assetsExperience in a manufacturing environment or cost accounting#INAPR2026#ZRCFS
