And we want you.Aircraft ServicesBring your analytical skills, attention to detail, and passion for aviation operations to the Bell Piney Flats Aircraft Scheduling team. In this role, you will support the development, maintenance, and coordination of scheduling activities for aircraft customizing, maintenance, and production flow. This position provides meaningful exposure to capacity planning, scheduling systems, operational analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration with Aircraft Services leadership. The position will work approximately 20 hours per week on a set schedule. Schedule is dependent on what works best for the business and the student, with the possibility of additional hours (not to exceed 40 hours per week) with supervisor approval.What you’ll be doing as an Aircraft Scheduler Student WorkerAssist with developing and maintaining integrated aircraft schedules under supervisionHelp prepare recommendations on customizing slot availability and projected completion timelinesAssist in evaluating headcount needs for customizing and maintenance operationsCollaborate with planning, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and operations teams to gather information and resolve scheduling questionsSupport capacity planning analysis to help identify resource constraints or availabilityOther scheduling or administrative duties assignedQualificationsSkills You Bring to this RoleActively enrolled in a degree program related to Production Planning, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field through an accredited institutionStrong interest in aviation maintenance scheduling, resource planning, operations, or data analysisCommitment to working approximately 20 hours per week on a set schedulePrevious experience or coursework in planning, analytics, data organization, or operations is a plusStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsAbility to work well in a team environmentComfort communicating with various departmentsProficiency in Excel or interest in developing advanced skillsAbility to work with data and summarize findings clearlyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsPhysical RequirementsAbility to operate a computer, including keyboard, mouse, and related softwareAbility to sit or stand for extended periodsAbility to move throughout office and shop‑floor environments as needed to gather scheduling informationAbility to lift up to 25 pounds occasionallyGood vision for reviewing schedules, reports, and detailed dataAbility to communicate effectively with team members and supervisorsWillingness to follow instructions and ask for clarification when neededWhat We Offer You In ReturnValuable hands-on training and job experience.On-site fitness center.Access to Employee Resource Groups.Exposure to scheduling systems, capacity planning, and operational decision‑makingAnd so much more...It’s time to make your mark on the future of aviation.
