We proudly serve residential and commercial customers with a commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and exceptional customer service.Position SummaryThe Service Technician III (Senior Technician) is a highly skilled field professional responsible for advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, system upgrades, and leadership within the Service Department. This role serves as the technical expert in the field and plays a key role in mentoring technicians, improving service standards, and supporting operational efficiency.Service Technician III team members operate with minimal supervision, manage high-level service calls, and contribute to training, quality control, and revenue growth initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on pool systemsTroubleshoot and repair pumps, heaters, filters, automation systems, plumbing, and electrical componentsDiagnose leak detection and structural issuesComplete equipment installations and system upgradesManage high-priority or escalated service callsOversee and support Service Technician I and II team members in the fieldProvide hands-on training and mentorship to developing techniciansEnsure adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standardsIdentify revenue opportunities including equipment replacements and service upgradesMaintain detailed documentation, estimates, and service reportsSupport leadership with workflow improvements and operational feedbackQualificationsMinimum Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license with clean driving record4+ years of pool service or related mechanical experienceAdvanced troubleshooting and repair expertiseStrong understanding of plumbing and basic electrical systemsAbility to lift 50-75 lbsAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsPreferred:Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or equivalent certificationExperience with automation systems and advanced pool controlsExperience training or leading techniciansStrong customer-facing communication skillsTechnical CompetenciesAdvanced water chemistry knowledgeElectrical troubleshooting (low voltage & system controls)Plumbing and leak diagnosticsHeater and automation repairEquipment installation and system retrofitsRoute efficiency and service optimizationWhat We Offer9 paid holidaysPaid vacation and sick timeEmployer-matched 401(k)Employer-paid life insuranceOptional supplemental life insuranceMedical, dental, and vision insurance plansEqual Opportunity Employer Statement
