Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Operations Officer (COO) based in Mobile, AL. The COO will oversee daily operations, strategic initiatives, and overall business planning to ensure organizational growth and efficiency. Responsibilities include streamlining operational workflows, managing budgets, analyzing financial reports, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement. The COO will work closely with leadership to develop and implement strategies to meet business goals while upholding our commitment to quality and client satisfaction. Qualifications Strong expertise in Operations Management and Business Planning to streamline processes and align them with organizational goalsProven Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to evaluate business performance and resolve operational challengesProficiency in Finance and Budgeting to oversee financial planning and optimize resource allocationOutstanding leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and project management skillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferredProven track record in managing large-scale operational projects within the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus
