Software Engineer

Primary Duties: Participate in the collection of business requirements and prices documentation with business groups Identify and document functional and process gaps Assess project requirements by gaining functional application knowledge and investigating functional areas of concern Develop impact assessment document Create test strategy/plan and manage QA process Perform Requirements Analysis, Gap and Impact Analysis, Data Analysis, and Data Structuring Assess Project Adoption requirements (communication, training, and user impact analysis) Work with Change Enablement Team to drive OA deliverable when necessary. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field of study required. Minimum 2-4 years related experience. Detail orientated with excellent time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Software Application Design and Development. Strong knowledge of SQL, Solaris, Data Loader, Oracle, Java, c++,HTML, Linux, Python and Windows are required.
