Technical Analyst

This 7–8 month W-2 contract pays $26 per hour and focuses on understanding business needs and improving processes. Responsibilities * Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders. * Review current business processes and identify simple improvements. * Prepare functional requirements, process flows, and meeting notes. * Coordinate with business users and project teams to clarify needs. * Support user acceptance testing and track issues through resolution. Qualifications * 1–4 years of experience in a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role. * Experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes. * Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder coordination skills. * Banking or utility domain experience is preferred.
