We are committed to intentional connectivity and an energy-positive culture to ensure every member of the Prolink Family has the opportunity to succeed personally, professionally, and financially today and tomorrow.JOB SUMMARYThe Senior Onboarding & Credentialing Specialist position is within Prolink's Compliance department and partners with key stakeholders to complete onboarding activities for designated external talent.RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare pre-employment paperworkCollect and maintain compliance documentation for all external employees, including I-9 verification, copies of ID's, immunization records and certificationsComplete drug testing and background check complianceRun and educate on Compliance Onboarding link upsAdd and ensure accuracy when adding credentials into Bullhorn front officeEnsuring all proper documentation is added into Bullhorn and eFileHandle confidential information on a regular basis such as personal informationResponsible for complete and monitor compliance prior to an employee beginning a scheduled assignmentResponsible for managing and distributing workload from the compliance inboxEnsure the team understands all client and regulatory requirements, effectively communicate policies and procedures, and partner in the development of new policies and processesWork with internal employees, external talent and clients as needed to resolved escalated issuesPartner with the Compliance Manager on background check and drug screen process improvement and on background adjudicationEnsure any new client checklists are added into the correspondence client requirements fileAssist the expiring credentials team with any issues that may ariseWork with the team to establish positive and productive partnerships with internal employees and a strong focus on providing a positive onboarding experience for external talentServe as a role model for positive partnershipsPerform other related duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS2+ years of experience in a related fieldExcellent communication, business writing, and customer service skillsAble to professionally manage confidential and sensitive informationAble to perform compliance duties work across multiple divisionsStrong motivation, detail-orientation, visual attention, manual dexterity, integrity, and perseveranceAble to be flexible and adaptable to meet tight deadlines, deliver results, and quickly pivot based on shifting priorities in a fast-paced work environmentAble to use a variety of business or technical programs to complete tasksHigh level of integrity, motivation, accountability, perseverance, and alignment with Prolink's valuesPREFERENCESCandidates with additional and relevant experience, education, licensing, or certification beyond the role's requirements and/or specific to the nature of Prolink's business will be given additional consideration in the candidate selection process.
