This is a great opportunity for retired educators, college students, community members, or anyone interested in supporting education.Responsibilities Include:Following lesson plans and instructions left by the classroom teacherMaintaining a safe, respectful, and productive classroom environmentSupporting student learning and engagementCommunicating effectively with school staffSupervising students during class periods and assigned dutiesQualifications:North Dakota substitute teacher license (or willingness to obtain)Strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage a classroom and adapt to different situationsPositive attitude and commitment to student successCompensation:Substitute teachers are paid at a rate of $140 per full day or $70 per half dayComplimentary lunch is provided for substitute teachers
