We are driven by innovation, collaboration, and solving complex engineering and operational challenges.Position OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist in Indianapolis, IN to support shipping, receiving, and inventory control. This position plays a critical part in ensuring inventory accuracy, material flow, and operational efficiency to support engineering and project execution.This is a hands-on warehouse position requiring experience in logistics, inventory management, and ERP/WMS systems.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily warehouse operations: receiving, inspection, put-away, picking, packing, staging, and shippingVerify inbound shipments for accuracy, condition, and documentation complianceProcess transactions using ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure system integrityInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and shipment issuesConduct cycle counts and support inventory auditsEnsure proper material handling, labeling, and storage standardsCoordinate with purchasing, logistics, and internal teams to resolve material issuesPrepare materials to support engineering and project teamsMaintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouse environmentFollow all warehouse safety, quality, and operational proceduresOther duties as assignedRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or OperationsMinimum 4+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory control experienceExperience using ERP systems or WMS platforms requiredStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentationAbility to work independently and manage prioritiesStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of warehouse safety standards and best practicesAbility to lift and move materials up to 55 lbsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting industrial, manufacturing, or automation environmentsCompensation & BenefitsPACIV offers a competitive compensation package and strong benefits designed to support employee well-beingPaid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, sick leave, and holidaysHealthcare: PACIV covers 90% of employee premiumsHealth Savings Account (HSA): Company contributions401(k): Up to 4% company match, fully vested at enrollmentEmployment RequirementsThis position is direct hire only.
