We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Serve as a trusted analytical partner to Long Term Care Claims Operations leadership, translating complex data into clear, compelling insights. Lead complex analytical efforts, design scalable dashboards, forecast trends, and support capacity and financial planning. Develop and own scalable Power BI solutions, ensuring they are intuitive, well-documented, and optimized for various audiences. Design, develop, and own scalable Power BI solutions, including datasets, semantic models, reports, and dashboards aligned to enterprise standards. Lead the development of complex, highly optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large, structured datasets. Validate, reconcile, and certify data sourced from multiple teams, systems, and datasets to ensure accuracy.What You'll Need Expert-level analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights. Advanced SQL expertise (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or equivalent), including query optimization. Power BI expert, including data modeling, DAX, visual design best practices, and dashboard storytelling. Proven ability to present insights and recommendations to senior and executive leadership with confidence.
