We help organizations secure, manage, and modernize their technology through Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, networking, cloud solutions, and proactive IT management.We're looking for an Associate Systems Engineer who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and continuously learning new technologies.This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who wants to gain exposure to a wide variety of technologies while working alongside experienced engineers.What You'll DoProvide remote technical support to business clientsTroubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devicesSupport Microsoft 365 users including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePointConfigure and deploy new computers and user accountsPerform employee onboarding and offboardingInstall and configure business applicationsMaintain accurate documentation within HuduUtilize Halo PSA and NinjaOne to manage client environments and support requestsTravel to client offices throughout the Denver Metro area approximately 1–2 days per week (more when business needs require)Collaborate with senior engineers on escalated issues and projectsDeliver exceptional customer service and professional communicationMinimum QualificationsStrong customer service and communication skillsPassion for technology and continuous learningExcellent troubleshooting and critical thinking abilitiesHighly organized with strong attention to detailValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to lift and move computers and networking equipment (up to 50 lbs.)Ability to pass a background checkReside within the Denver Metro areaPreferred QualificationsPrevious Help Desk, MSP, or technical support experienceMicrosoft 365 experienceWindows administration experienceActive Directory experienceBasic networking knowledgeHalo PSA, NinjaOne, or other MSP platform experienceCompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+Microsoft certificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, MIS, or related fieldHome lab, technical projects, or IT internshipsCompensation & Benefits$50,000-$65,000 Base SalaryTarget 10% Annual Performance BonusMonthly Healthcare Reimbursement401(k)Paid Time OffPaid HolidaysCompany-provided equipmentCompany-paid professional development and certificationsClear engineering career pathWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who:Takes ownershipLearns quicklyEnjoys helping othersCommunicates professionallyWorks well on a teamTakes pride in producing quality workWants to build a long-term career in technologyIf you're looking for more than just another IT support job, we'd love to hear from you.
