Tax Senior/ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Tax Senior/Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in public accounting and tax, and will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing expert tax advice, particularly in the agriculture sector.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the preparation of tax returns for individuals and businesses.Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients, particularly in the agriculture industry.Review and analyze tax compliance and financial statements.Assist in the development and implementation of tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.Maintain and cultivate client relationships while ensuring the highest level of client service.Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to provide timely advice to clients.Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and training.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.CPA or EA preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax.Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.Experience in agriculture-related tax issues is preferred.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
