The role oversees the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring solutions are aligned to business priorities, deliver measurable customer and business value, and continuously evolve to meet changing needs.This role will build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional organization, while establishing scalable practices for product delivery, customer insight, and value realization. This leader partners closely with business leaders, Customer organization stakeholders, and enterprise functions to prioritize investments, drive product roadmaps, and ensure alignment between capacity and demand.Through strong leadership, disciplined execution, and governance, this role fosters a culture of product excellence, innovation, and accountability—enabling the organization to deliver seamless, data-driven customer experiences and advance strategic priorities.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesAdministration and ownership of cost of service for the function and how it impacts the enterprises budget and company finances. Foster a culture of cost optimization and waste elimination across the portfolio/sub-functionMaintain and evolve an IT environment that is efficient, scalable, and secure; meets all regulatory requirements for Company and the clients supported. Lead the vendor management and contract negotiation for enterprise IT servicesDevelop and endorse IT standards, IT architecture, and guidelinesDrive digital transformation by removing traditional barriers to change (e.g., outdated organizational structures, complex departmental processes, current thinking and traditional mindsets) Inspire the organization to reform internal practices to be able to harness new technology opportunities quickly and effectively. Influence strategic partners to support building digital dexterity as an enterprise-wide capabilityOversee development and implementation of IT portfolio(s) infrastructure, application and/or services through the entire lifecycleDirect leaders on incorporating digital trends and understands the implications for their business. Know how to leverage new technologies and take effective action quickly. Maintain awareness of and insight into enterprise-wide digital strategies. Experience developing and implementing IT roadmaps for new technology initiatives. [OR] Associate's degree in IT or related field and 14+ years of extensive experience managing an enterprise IT environment that encompasses wide area network services, directory and messaging services, desktop computing, enterprise applications, and mobile solutions.
