We are currently looking to add a new team member ASAP who enjoys variety and teamwork in a modern dental setting. In addition to general dentistry services, Dr. Bowyer specializes in: Cosmetic Dentistry Family Dentistry Dental Implants Dentures and Implant-Supported Dentures Invisalign® Braces Teeth Whitening (Zoom) Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable assisting in both routine and advanced dental procedures while maintaining compliance with Washington State Department of Health regulations. Required Qualifications Eligible for or currently registered as a Dental Assistant (RDA) with the Washington State Department of Health Current CPR certification Completion of Washington State HIV/AIDS education Knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols Ability to pass a background check Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Dentrix practice management software Experience with Dexis digital imaging Familiarity with CT/CBCT scanning Previous dental assisting experience Key Responsibilities Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Take dental radiographs and assist with CT/CBCT scans as permitted under WA law Enter and manage patient information using Dentrix Capture and manage digital images using Dexis Maintain accurate patient records Educate and support patients before and after treatment Follow OSHA and Washington State safety standards Schedule: Monday–Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM Friday–Sunday: Closed Pay Range: $23–$30 per hour, depending on experience Benefits 401(k) with profit sharing Paid time off (PTO) Paid sick leave in accordance with Washington State law Discounted and/or free dental treatment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
