Program Enrollment Specialist

About the Opportunity:The **Program Enrollment Specialist** plays a critical role in facilitating the enrollment process for consumers and their support networks in the state of Oregon. This remote position involves direct interaction with individuals and their families or guardians to ensure accurate and timely enrollment, contributing to the organization’s mission of supporting self-determination for people of all ages and abilities.### 3. Responsibilities:• Conduct enrollment processes with consumers and their support circles in a timely manner• Ensure completeness and accuracy of enrollment documentation• Recommend improvements to internal processes and systems to enhance service experience• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations• Uphold organizational values and mission• Perform other assigned duties### 4. Requirements:• At least 1 year of experience in a related field• Strong oral and written communication skills• Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office products• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes• Ability to work effectively in a team environment• Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures including word processing and managing files• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Services, Social Work, Marketing, or Communication preferred; relevant experience considered### 5.
