Seeking a full-time employee (minimum 35 hours) who has the desire and capability to grow within our company! We are a professional tanning & wellness salon that seeks to excellently serve our clients to create positive experiences. * Free tanning* Flexible scheduling! Fun and friendly work environment! Responsibilities: Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly Consults with customers in a professional and upbeat manner Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met. Maintain a clean and organized salon Cash Handling, Opening/Closing procedures Daily administrative paperwork, goal tracking. Set example for staff Qualifications: High School Diploma, or equivalent Must be at least 18 years of age Willingness to complete a drug screen and background check (Drug-Free Workplace) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven experience in retail, customer service environment. Leadership experience required Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time Must be able to list 25 pounds without assistance Reliable transportation Availability including nights and weekends a must MUST LOVE TANNING!
