Human Resources Generalist

This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence workforce management and contribute to the growth of a thriving organization.DutiesManage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or UKG.Oversee employee orientation programs and conduct regular employee evaluations to support performance management initiatives.Assist in administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, workers' compensation, and retirement plans, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance.Maintain HR/payroll system (WURK) to ensure data integrity and streamline HR workflows.Support change management efforts by assisting with organizational design, succession planning, and affirmative action planning to promote diversity and inclusion.Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, applying conflict management techniques to resolve concerns effectively. Assist or lead investigations.Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA standards, and other regulatory requirements through diligent record keeping and policy enforcement.SkillsStrong knowledge of human resources management practices including HR sourcing, workforce management, and performance management strategies.Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as UltiPro, WURK or similar for HR data processing and data collection.Excellent communication skills to facilitate training & development sessions and effectively manage employee relations.Demonstrated project management capabilities to coordinate multiple HR initiatives simultaneously.Familiarity with social media management for employer branding, and administrative experience in HR functions.Ability to navigate complex employment laws related to FMLA, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation, and labor standards.Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise in human resources will empower our organization’s growth!
