In this role, you will be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.What You Will Do:Perform preventive maintenance, work orders, and repair projects across corporate facilities and groundsTroubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systemsComplete basic plumbing repairs including toilets, sinks, showers, faucets, and drainsDiagnose and resolve electrical issues such as breakers, switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, and GFCIsRepair and maintain walls, drywall, paint, ceiling finishes, cabinetry, and moldingsSafely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and scaffoldingUse maintenance software (e.g., HotSOS) to track work orders and updatesMaintain proper inventory, tools, and materials following company proceduresIdentify safety risks and follow all OSHA and company safety guidelinesCommunicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to resolve facility issuesWork independently with minimal supervision and support team initiativesSupport special projects, emergency repairs, and after-hours or weekend work as neededQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. What You Will Bring:2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in commercial, corporate, hospitality, or resort environmentsStrong working knowledge of:HVAC systemsElectrical systemsPlumbing systemsAbility to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair building systems efficientlyValid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for company vehicle use)High school diploma or equivalent required (technical training or certifications preferred)Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying conditionsStrong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsTechnical training or certification in Facilities Maintenance, HVAC, Electrical, or PlumbingExperience in a resort, hotel, or large commercial property environmentFamiliarity with preventive maintenance systems or CMMS softwareWork Environment & RequirementsAbility to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekendsMust follow all company policies and maintain a professional appearance and demeanorAbility to lift, carry, and move equipment as requiredAdditional InformationWhy Westgate?
