This is a great opportunity for candidates with CNC laser and fabrication experience who are looking for steady first-shift work.Job Summary: The Machine Operator with a minimum of 6 months of CNC laser setup/operator experience is responsible for operating and setting up laser cutting equipment, coordinating CNC workloads, and ensuring quality, on-time production. This role supports fabrication operations while maintaining safety and equipment standards.Job Responsibilities:Coordinate CNC workload to meet production schedulesPerform laser cutting and fabrication support tasksRead and interpret blueprints and work instructionsAccurately complete production documentationUse electrical and manual tools as requiredMaintain equipment and follow safety proceduresRequirements:High School Diploma or GEDForklift operation experienceAbility to read blueprints and printsBasic shop math skillsAbility to read micrometers, calipers, and tape measures1 year+ CNC experience requiredWhy Work for Advance Services, Inc.?
