The role supports system availability and operational continuity through infrastructure operations, network management, site support, vendor coordination, escalation management, lifecycle management, documentation control, service delivery, and IT governance.This position partners with internal stakeholders, enterprise IT teams, and third-party providers to support daily operations while adhering to established standards, controls, and compliance requirements.Essential FunctionsProvide site-facing infrastructure operations support to ensure reliable and secure IT servicesSupport network management activities to maintain site connectivity, performance, and stabilityDeliver hands-on site support for infrastructure, systems, and operational IT needs aligned with service delivery standardsCoordinate internal teams and external providers through effective vendor coordination to support maintenance, repairs, and service restorationParticipate in escalation management, including incident identification, coordination, communication, and resolution supportMaintain system availability through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and remediation of issuesExecute lifecycle management activities for infrastructure hardware, software, and related assetsMaintain accurate operational records and ensure documentation control for procedures, inventories, and configurationsSupport compliance with applicable policies, standards, and audit requirementsOperate within established IT governance and ITIL-aligned service deliveryAct as the site subject matter expert for infrastructure operations, network management, and operational resilienceLead complex and high-impact escalation management efforts across internal teams and vendorsLead site infrastructure initiatives, including upgrades, standardization efforts, and lifecycle programsOversee vendor coordination effectiveness and service delivery performanceEnsure strong alignment with IT governance and compliance requirements and maintain audit readinessOther duties as assignedMinimum Education and Experience RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience7+ years of experience leading infrastructure operations, network management, lifecycle management, and complex service delivery environmentsProven capability to lead complex escalations, manage vendor relationships, and drive improvements to system availability and compliance adherencePreferred Education and Experience RequirementsExperience with project coordination and budget/forecast support activitiesExperience supporting multi-site operations and cloud/hybrid infrastructure environmentsCollaboration with cybersecurity teams on remediation and operational controlsExperience in industrial or warehouse IT environmentsLanguage RequirementNoneTravel RequirementsUP to 10%The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Hyundai Translead is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.
