Our commitment is to provide timely and professional care that improves quality of life. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Coordinator role located in Brooklyn, NY. Responsibilities include providing receptionist duties, managing appointment scheduling, greeting clients and visitors, and assisting with administrative tasks. The Coordinator will also handle phone calls, ensure courteous communication, and serve as the first point of contact for clients and vendors, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, customer-focused demeanorProficient in handling phone etiquette and managing inbound and outbound callsExperience with appointment scheduling and calendar managementKnowledge of receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing front desk operationsProficiency in administrative assistance, including organizing records and maintaining office workflowsAttention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organization skillsExperience working in healthcare, medical supply, or related fields is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software is preferred
