If you enjoy owning the client experience, managing competing priorities, solving problems, and partnering with internal teams to achieve successful outcomes, this role is for you.Position Summary:The Account Manager plays a key role in driving a seamless, high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced direct print and mail environment. This position is the heartbeat of customer interaction—owning relationships, managing projects from concept through delivery, and ensuring every order progresses smoothly. Acting as the central communication hub between clients, vendors, and internal teams including sales, marketing, design, data, logistics, and production, the Account Manager orchestrates complex print and mail projects with accuracy and efficiency, delivering exceptional service at every stage of the process.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, and assist other AM's when neededManage campaigns from intake through completion, including job setup and job jacket preparationCoordinate job requirements, specifications, and timelines with production teamsMonitor job progress, including production status, proof approvals, delivery schedules and payments to ensure on-time completionCommunicate proactively with customers regarding job updates, issues, or delaysPartner with the data department to identify, communicate, and resolve data file issues or discrepanciesMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer communications, job instructions, and project status within internal systemsEnsure adherence to company quality standards and customer service expectationsSupport continuous improvement of workflow processes and customer experienceWhile not a sales role, this position is deeply rooted in customer service and collaborates with sales to ensure successful client outcomesWhat We're Looking For:Relative experience in Customer Service with longevity and tenureStrong communication, administrative and technical skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage complexity and solve problems independentlyAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentExcellent relationship-building skills across customers, vendors, and internal teamsA collaborative spirit and entrepreneurial energyExcitement about learning, growing, and contributing to team successCompany Description At Tri-Win, we believe work should be more than just a job—it should be a place where you grow, make an impact, and enjoy what you do.
