Senior Instructor/System Operator (Computer Operator III)Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), TXATS is seeking a qualified Senior Instructor/System Operator (Computer Operator III) to support the Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Engagement Skills Trainer (EST) Contract with simulator training support - position is contingent upon contract award. Serves as the senior technical operator responsible for supervising EST II lane execution, troubleshooting system issues, and providing advanced instruction support during training events. Supports the site lead and serves in the site leads place when needed.Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:1. System Operations:Operate EST II control stations to manage training sequencing and AAR playbackSupport various drills and exercises for Active, Reserve, and Guard unitsControl video/audio playback functions to capture AAR teaching points 2. Training Support:Assist in preparing and presenting weapons instructionConduct "Train the Trainer" supportProvide detailed shot feedback and corrective instruction 3. Maintenance:Conduct daily preventative maintenance of hardware, consoles, and weaponsLoad scheduled maintenance into TS-MATSPerform daily upkeep of EST II facility 4. Reporting:Support Monthly Status ReportsAssist Senior Lead in TS-MATS and usage tracking Required Qualifications:Advanced proficiency operating weapon simulators to include the EST IIKnowledge of Windows-based softwareStrong troubleshooting skills in hardware/software systemsCapable of mentoring Computer Operator II staffAbility to obtain CAC and meet installation security requirementsStrong leadership and instructional experienceLocation: Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), TX
