Role: Program Manager(strong expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML),Location: Iselin NJ, Charlotte NCExperience: 13+ Years Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and proactive AML Program Manager with 13+ years of professional experience and strong expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), financial crime compliance, and program management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, a strong understanding of AML processes and regulatory requirements, and proven experience managing resources, budgets, and complex technical deliveries.The candidate will be responsible for driving AML programs from planning through successful delivery while ensuring alignment between business, compliance, technology, and senior leadership stakeholders.Required Qualifications & Skills13+ years of overall professional experience, with significant experience in program/project management.Strong AML / Financial Crime / Compliance domain knowledge.Proven experience managing large and complex AML transformation or technology programs.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities.Experience in resource management, capacity planning, and team leadership.Experience with financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.Strong understanding of technology delivery, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and enterprise application delivery.Ability to work effectively across Business, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Highly proactive, accountable, and delivery-focused mindset.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience in banking, financial services, fintech, or other highly regulated industries.Experience with AML transformation, regulatory remediation, or financial crime technology programs.Experience with AML platforms and transaction monitoring solutions.Knowledge of data analytics, data quality, reporting, and regulatory technology.PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent program/project management certification is preferred.Experience working with global teams and geographically distributed stakeholders.Ashok Shettyresponsible for overseeing multiple projects or initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. Day-to-day activities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, tracking program progress, and identifying risks and mitigation strategies. The Program Manager will prepare status reports, support resource planning, and maintain documentation to ensure transparency and compliance with organizational standards. This role also involves collaborating with leadership and clients to drive continuous improvement and successful delivery of program outcomes.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in program or project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple initiatives.Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration with cross-functional or distributed teams.Proficiency in using project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches) and maintaining program documentation.Ability to analyze data, identify risks and dependencies, and develop practical mitigation and escalation plans.Proven capability in resource coordination, budgeting, and schedule management in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information technology, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master) are an advantage.Experience in IT or technology-focused programs, ideally within staffing, consulting, or services organizations, is preferred.Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on accountability, problem-solving, and delivering measurable results.
