High school diploma or GED required.Previous supervisor / shift lead experience required.Advanced computer / technology skills needed.Must have strong communication, reporting and organization skills.Customer service background preferred.Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.Must be able to conduct patrols and respond promptly to situations. Must have excellent attention to detail.
