Redwood is localizing a global battery supply chain that seamlessly integrates recovery, reuse, and recycling—keeping critical minerals in circulation and driving the energy transition. Travel details will be coordinated with selected candidates.ResponsibilitiesOwn features end-to‐end: design, build, test, deploy, and operate in productionWrite clean, tested Python and React code and participate in code reviewsDesign and build APIs and integrations between systemsWork with domain experts and stakeholders to understand business processes and turn them into working softwareContribute to technical design decisionsNavigate a fast-moving environment where requirements change often and ambiguity is normal—prioritize effectively and adapt without waiting for perfect informationDebug and resolve production issues; monitor and improve system reliabilityCollaborate remotely with team and stakeholders; periodic on‐site travel (~1 week/quarter) for planning and stakeholder engagementQualifications5+ years software engineering experienceExperience building and shipping production applications on AWSAPI design and integration patternsComfort working independently in a remote-first environment and making pragmatic technical decisionsStrong written communication—you document decisions and communicate asynchronously effectivelyAvailability for periodic travel to Nevada (~1 week/quarter)Preferred QualificationsDirect experience with ERP systems, WMS, supply chain software, or procurement platformsManufacturing, logistics, or recycling industry experienceEvent‐driven architecture or workflow orchestrationScrappy mindset—you've built under tight timelines and ambiguityRemote work experience on distributed engineering teamsThe position is full‐time.
