Certified Medical Assistant - Urgent Care Chestnut Hill, MA CareNational is looking for an experienced Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for an Urgent Care role in Chestnut Hill, MA! This is a 13-week contract assignment with potential for extension. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Department (ED), and Medical Assistant settings , along with EPIC and phlebotomy experience. Pay Details: • Pay Rate: $1,348 Weekly Work Setting: • Onsite | Urgent Care Clinic Position Details: Contract - 13 WeeksLocation: 200 Boylston Street, Chestnut Hill, MA 02467Schedule: 4x10-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend Required Certification Requirement: • Certified Medical Assistant (Required at time of submission)• BLS Certification - American Heart Association (Required)• COVID-19 + Booster and Flu Vaccine (Medical exemption acceptable) Skill Requirements: • EPIC EMR experience (Required)• Phlebotomy experience (Required; certification not needed)• Experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Department, and Medical Assistant roles• Perform EKGs, vital signs, wound care, splinting, and crutch walking• Assist patients with physical and psychological limitations• Support with ADLs and mobility• Specimen collection and point-of-care lab testing• Accurately document in EMR and communicate results• Maintain and stock medical, surgical, and office supplies• Sanitize equipment between patient use• Conduct patient rounding and provide timely updates• Physically able to exert 100 lbs occasionally / 50 lbs continually Top Skills: • Certified Medical Assistant• EPIC proficiency• Phlebotomy & lab testing skills• Experience in Urgent Care and ED environments Benefits with CareNational: • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance• Weekly Pay• Referral Bonus• 401(k) Matching If healthcare is your passion, apply today and one of our recruiters will reach out to you immediately!#LI-NATIONAL
