Studio Operations Coordinator
Who We AreEvolve Modern Pilates is Mount Pleasant’s premier boutique reformer Pilates studio. Since opening in October 2023, we’ve grown rapidly and built one of the most loyal wellness communities in the Charleston area. We’re led by owner and head instructor Dana Romanosky, and our studio runs on genuine relationships — between instructors, members, and the people who keep everything running behind the scenes. The RoleThis is the operational heart of Evolve. You’ll work directly alongside Dana as her right hand — keeping the studio running smoothly so she can focus on teaching. Think of it as the most important support role in a small, fast-growing wellness business: someone who owns the day-to-day details, stays on top of members, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is not a passive front desk role. We want someone who notices when a member goes quiet, follows up before they cancel, and brings genuine warmth to every interaction. If you thrive on variety, real relationships, and ownership over your work — this fits. What You’ll Earn• Base salary: $35,000• Performance bonus: Conversion bonus paid on new member signups — you’ll be rewarded directly for the sales results you drive• Teaching income: For the right candidate, a paid path to become a certified Evolve reformer instructor.
