The Demand Planning Analyst will coordinate and optimize the flow of materials, production schedules, and inventory to meet business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze production schedules, work orders, and inventory data to ensure alignment with demandMonitor workflows and materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standardsConduct root-cause analysis to identify and resolve supply chain issuesTrack and report on production volume, material usage, and quality metricsMaintain inventory levels and ensure materials availability for production demandsCollaborate cross-functionally to support planning and operational efficiencyCore SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail and data accuracyKnowledge of supply chain, production, and shipping processesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business toolsExperience2–4+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, demand planning, or operations
