You’ll serve as a valued business partner by providing in depth financial analysis and reporting. We are looking for someone who can get behind the numbers and identify trends in our rapidly growing business.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly and quarterly financial reviews and forecasts.Partner with other financial analysts and finance manager to prepare monthly and quarterly financial reviews and forecasts.Manage the monthly and quarterly reporting process and communicate results to various levels of management Identify the root cause for forecast variances. Work cross functionally with key stakeholders on process improvementsUse learnings and insights to refine future financial forecastsUse knowledge of financial systems to streamline reporting and provide in depth ad-hoc analysis. You have:Sophisticated excel modeling skills, and experience building financial modelsFamiliarity using systems such as SAP or HFM in a manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with manufacturing finance concepts to include standard costing and absorptionSupport the Aftersales manager and his team with ad-hoc analysis, reporting and insights. Be the financial voice at the table providing sound analysis to support decision making.Communicate actual and forecasted results in business terms to various levels of management.Lead monthly business review with plant managerUnderstand the root causes of variances and recommend improvementsAnalyze and justify significant capex investments by the regionExhibit strong leadership behaviors in conjunction with the 80/20 operating model.Compile and submit Monthly, Weekly and Daily KPI reports for the plant and aftersales teamRequired Education & QualificationsBachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting or FinanceMinimum of 3-5 years of financial experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong skillsets in areas of financial analysis, forecasting, and driving business resultsHands-on system experience with an integrated ERP system and a global consolidation systemStrong PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPointWorking knowledge of US GAAPWhy Choose Modine?
