Janitorial Supervisor

Urgent Opportunity: Janitorial Night Supervisor at Del Sol Inc! Location: Vancouver, WA Must have at least 2 years of experience in the last 5 years. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Travel to various locations for quality control checks. Training and monitoring janitorial staff Check equipment to ensure it is in working order. Ensure staff are fully trained to use the equipment. Perform and assist with cleaning duties as necessary (cover shifts) Take inventory and order janitorial supplies Responsible for directing work, addressing complaints, and resolving problems. Communicating with the main office and manager about events, complaints, and employee hours and time off requests. Email the main office Communicate with the Field Manager and HR on employee time sheets, injuries or any personal issues. Keep employee information confidential Have a working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and chemical handling and storing materials. Experience: 2 years of related experience and/or training in a managerial or supervisory role in a service-related industry Proficient computer and tablet skills, Experience with janitorial equipment, including automatic scrubbers, vacuums, pressure washers, strip/wax floors, carpet care, etc. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, MSDS sheets, etc. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations. This position requires traveling to different locations, and you must have a valid driver’s license. The ability to communicate effectively in English and being bilingual, is a plus. Must be able to pass a nationwide background check, drug testing, and be eligible to work in the US A Facilities Maintenance Company focused on you!
