This role requires a strategic leader who can manage multiple interdependent projects, drive Agile delivery, and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.You will be responsible for delivering high-impact programs on time and within budget while mentoring teams and ensuring best-in-class execution practices.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage large, complex programs with multiple cross-functional dependenciesDrive program execution using Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)Oversee end-to-end SDLC for application development initiativesManage program budgets, forecasting, and resource planningAlign business objectives with technical delivery across stakeholdersIdentify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies proactivelyProvide leadership to Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and delivery teamsTrack and report program performance using KPIs and metricsEnsure governance, compliance, and quality standards are metFacilitate executive-level communication and status reportingRequired Qualifications:12+ years of experience in Program / Project ManagementProven track record managing large-scale enterprise programsStrong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)Solid understanding of Application Development & SDLCExperience managing budgets, forecasts, and resource allocationStrong leadership experience managing cross-functional teamsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesPreferred Qualifications:Experience in Financial Services / Banking / Telecom domainsCertifications: PMP, SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM)Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS ProjectExposure to modern engineering practices (DevOps, CI/CD, Cloud)Key Skills:Program GovernanceAgile DeliveryStakeholder ManagementRisk & Dependency ManagementBudget & Financial ManagementTeam Leadership & Mentoring
