This role helps ensure our communities remain welcoming, safe, and well-kept for residents, families, and staff.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, patching, and priming.Apply paint, varnish, stain, or other finishes to walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and other surfaces.Perform touch-ups, repairs, and repainting as needed.Maintain painting tools, equipment, and materials in good condition.Ensure all work complies with company standards and safety regulations.Collaborate with maintenance teams to complete projects efficiently.Assist with larger renovation or improvement projects as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.2+ years of professional painting experience preferred.Knowledge of surface preparation, finishing techniques, and paint types.Ability to use painting tools, equipment, and safety gear properly.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel between communities as needed.If you take pride in your craftsmanship and want to make an impact by keeping our communities beautiful and welcoming, apply today to make a difference with Agemark!
