**THIS IS A FREELANCE MOBILE NOTARY ROLE THAT DOES NOT GUARUNTEE ASSIGNMENTS**Role Description The Mobile Notary will perform notarial acts, handle legal documents, assist with document preparation, and verify the identity of signatories. Additional responsibilities include traveling to clients for document notarization, ensuring compliance with legal standards, maintaining professional confidentiality, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Notary practices, including experience as a commissioned Notary PublicResearch skills for ensuring compliance with state and local notary regulationsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skills to work professionally with clientsAbility to travel for client appointmentsAccess to necessary notary tools, including a reliable vehicle and a secure internet connectionMUST HAVECurrent IL Notary commissionCurrent Loan Signing Agent certification through NNAE&O insurance Valid driver's licenseLaser printer with ability to print letter and legal sized documents (no ink jets)Email your resume to Elyse@iLRoadrunner.com
